We Dispatch a Licensed Technician

We assign your service request to a qualified, licensed technician from our nationwide network, one who specializes in the system or appliance that's failing. They contact you to schedule the visit.

3

You Pay a Flat Service Fee

You pay the technician one flat service fee at the visit. That's it, no diagnostic add-ons, no "while we're here" charges, and no negotiating prices.

4

We Repair or Replace

The technician performs the repair under your plan's coverage. If the unit can't be repaired, we coordinate replacement under the terms of your policy. You don't write a second check.

What to Expect

Built Around Real Homeowner Problems

The breakdowns we see day in and day out, and how the GlobalHome USA process handles them.

AC Goes Out in July

Your house is 92° and climbing. We dispatch an HVAC tech same- or next-day in most regions. You pay the service fee, the rest of the diagnosis, parts, and labor flows through your plan.

Refrigerator Stops Cooling

Before you start tossing groceries, file a claim. We send an appliance specialist who diagnoses the failure, orders the part, and, if it can't be repaired, coordinates a covered replacement.

Water Heater Floods the Garage

On Platinum or Elite, your water heater is covered. We dispatch a licensed plumber, repair or replace per the policy, and you skip the panic of an after-hours emergency call.

The Math

One Repair Often Pays the Whole Policy

Average HVAC repairs run $400 to $1,500. A blown compressor on a refrigerator runs $400 to $900. A water heater replacement runs $1,200 to $2,500.

Most homeowners file at least one claim per policy term, and even a single covered repair typically returns more than the cost of the warranty.
